Agency access allows for an agency to manage multiple Howl accounts with full control — essentially giving Admin access to the account, including the ability for the agency to:
- View & create Links on behalf of the account owner
- View Payments and edit Bank Account of the account owner
- View & edit the Shop of the account owner
- View & edit the Profile of the account owner
How To Provide Agency Access to Your Account
- On the account you wish to provide agency access for go to: https://app.howl.link/settings/partner/access-management and select on “Copy Link”
- Choose the account profile you wish to provide agency access for — there is usually just one profile:
- Copy the invite link URL and share it with your Agency. The invite link will look something like the example URL below, but with your own unique code:

Note: A unique invite URL will be generated for every time you go through the steps above.
- As the account owner, once the agency has access to your account, you can view and manage their access on the same page you granted access via: https://app.howl.link/settings/partner/access-management
Accepting Agency Access as an Agent
- As the agency, you will need to have already created an account on Howl.Link and be signed in. When you click on the invite link shared by the account owner, a dialog will appear to confirm agency access:
- As the agency, you will be able to switch profiles to manage the various accounts you were granted access to. To access the account switcher, click on your avatar profile dropdown at the top-right of the navigation and click on “Switch Accounts” within the popover:
