Not necessarily! We receive reporting on up to a 7 day delay from some brand partners. During busy times like BFCM, these delays might occasionally take longer.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Most orders will show up in the Order Feed within 48 hours
- If it’s been more than 48 hours and your feed hasn’t updated, feel free to reach out to us at questions@howl.link, and we’ll check it for you. Please include the following details in your inquiry:
- Brand
- Howl link used
- Order number
- Order date
- Subtotal before tax and shipping
