OVERVIEW
At Howl, we are dedicated to maintaining a high-quality, active creator network that seamlessly connects brands with engaged content creators. To ensure our platform remains current and transparent for both creators and brand partners, we periodically review platform activity and archive inactive creator accounts.
This policy outlines our criteria for account deactivation, what happens when an account becomes inactive, and the process for requesting account reactivation.
INACTIVITY & DEACTIVATION ELIGIBILITY
A creator account is eligible for Deactivated (Archived) status after six (6) consecutive months of inactivity.
- Definition of Inactivity: For the purpose of this policy, inactivity means a creator has not generated affiliated and/or created any new partner or affiliate links during the preceding 6-month period.
- Data & History Preservation: Archived accounts are never deleted. All historical account information, earnings history, and performance data remain securely retained in our system.
